My work lives at the intersection of technology and talent. I spent 8 years at Tesla, where I built a company-wide leadership rotational program, led the online sales organization, and managed the North America used car operation and P&L. Having seen firsthand the growing gap between US labor supply and demand, I'm now exploring how technology can help people learn new skills, find purposeful work, and feel connected to their communities.
